What treatment should I choose if it's my first time?
Start with a 60-minute Swedish or relaxation massage. It's gentle, suitable for most people, and helps reduce stress and muscle tension without being too intense.
How long does a spa treatment usually take?
Most treatments take 60 to 90 minutes. Shorter express services may be 30 minutes, while some premium packages can last 2 hours or more.
What should I expect during my first visit?
You'll check in, discuss your preferences (pressure level, areas of concern, allergies, or health conditions), then be shown to a treatment room. Your therapist will explain what to do, and you'll remain properly covered throughout the treatment.
Is spa treatment safe for everyone?
Most treatments are safe for healthy adults, but tell the spa if you are pregnant, have injuries, recent surgery, heart conditions, skin issues, or other medical concerns. The spa can recommend a suitable treatment or advise you to consult your doctor.
How often should I get a massage or spa treatment?
For general wellness, once every 2–4 weeks is a common recommendation. If you have significant stress, muscle tension, or a physically demanding lifestyle, weekly sessions may be beneficial.
